We are a local company, building houses in the communities in which we live. Our buyers become neighbours and it is especially important to us that we achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. We have many years’ experience in the construction industry and we use carefully selected and trusted trades people to work with us in constructing high quality homes which we think enhance the locality and depart from the ordinary.

New Homes - we build a small number of new homes each year for sale on the open market. Our developments are typically between 2 and 10 units and usually in the North Lakes or Eden Valley.
